Facilitations
-For children (until 12 months of age) with two adults free of charge “cradle on request €10,00 per day)
-For children (from age 13 months to 24 months) with two adults 50% discount with additional bed or cradle and meal according to the daily menu (charged independently from the consumption)
-For children from 3 year old to 6 years of age in the same room with two adults 40% discount
-For children from 7 year old to 12 years of age in the same room with two adults 30% discount
-For children over 12 years of age 10% discount
-Additional Forth bed in a room 20% discount

Family Facilities
Two adults + two children up to 12 years old (in the same room) are charged for three adults, not applicable during the period from 9th to 24th August.
Notes:
-beach service is included in the full board offer and includes for each room the usage of a beach umbrella a deckchair and a sun bed, a common changing room and services provided in the private beach area.
-served lunch and dinner, menù options and vegetables on buffet. Beverage is not included. Buffet at breakfast.
The meals cannot be refund or transferable to others. The rooms are assigned on the arrival date within 12.00 p.m and must be returned within 10.00 a.m on the departure date.

Booking procedure
A 20% deposit on the total amount must be transferred for every reservation, minimum €150,00. The remaining amount must be covered on the arrival day.

WARNING
It’s compulsory to inform the hotel during the reservation on any allergic or inability problem linked to food, etc.

Renunciation and changes /penalty
In case of renunciation or changes of a reservation, the hotel must be informed by sending a written communication by fax or e-mail.
Penalty - The deposit will be refund net tax and expenses (€uro 25,00) if the reservation is cancelled 12 days before the arrival date. In case of renunciation 11 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be completely debited.
In case of advanced departure, the amount of maximum 7 days stay will be debited as penalty.
